You can also help to ensure a smooth transaction by doing the following:
- Contact the seller through our Chat feature before committing to the purchase. Getting to know your seller can help you to make an informed decision about purchasing from their shop.
- Hold on to your conversations with the seller, so you can easily access them in the event of a dispute.
- Before purchasing, read the seller’s shop policies to see their shipping services and return policies. To get to a seller’s shop policies, click Policies at the top of their shop homepage or click the Shipping & Policies tab on a listing page.
If your item doesn’t arrive or it doesn’t match the description in the listing, you may be able to open a case on HipHopTeez if you’re unable to work things out with the seller.
