Order Processing:

Orders typically ship out within 2 business days, but custom orders occasionally take longer. If you have special needs, please leave us a note in checkout. We will do the best we can to accommodate, but can’t guarantee. Many of our orders are custom made upon ordering. We try to place priority on orders that choose an expedited shipping method.

All orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, CA, USA (Los Angeles Area). Please take this into account when choosing a shipping method.

Shipping and Handling:

HipHopTeez ships via USPS (Post Office), and Fed-Ex for both US and International orders. Your shipping options will be presented to you in checkout before you pay.

Note: Shipping price includes handling. Shipping is not refundable after any orders have shipped.

Returned items that received free shipping are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Tracking Numbers and Delivery Confirmations: 

At the time your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email confirmation along with your tracking number.

The easiest way to track your package is to just post the tracking number in Google’s search box and search it. Otherwise you can go to the carriers Sites:

Fed-Ex: 

If your package is shipped through Fed-Ex, you can go to their website (www.Fed-Ex.com) and enter your tracking number under “Track a Shipment” to access details about shipping and delivery progress. Tracking information may not show up immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for the system to be updated. Fed-Ex Delivers Monday – Friday.

USPS:

If your package is shipped USPS, you can go to their website (www.usps.com) and enter your number into the search box. However, USPS does not give tracking details like UPS does. The only information you can access is date shipped and dated delivered. International orders shipped via USPS will also include information regarding when your order entered the country and was handed over (via customs) to your countries postal system. USPS delivers Monday – Saturday in most locations.

US Orders:

Economy Shipping is typically your cheapest option. Economy utilizes any of the above 2 shipping methods, and is chosen at our discretion at the time your order is shipped. Economy shipping is only available to the continental US. Economy is typically 3 to 7 business days.

Priority Shipping is faster than economy and is available anywhere in the USA. Priority Shipping utilizes any of the above 2 shipping methods, and is chosen at our discretion at the time your order is shipped. Priority is typically 2 to 3 business days.

We offer expedited shipping to US Customers (including Alaska and Hawaii) once your order has been processed. Please refer to the “Order Processing” section above and factor that into your selection below:

Note: Fed-Ex does not deliver to PO Boxes! If you ask to deliver to a post office box, you must select USPS service.

International Orders:

We offer two International Shipping Methods: International Priority Mail and Fed-Ex Expedited.

Please note that you will be responsible for any taxes, brokerage or customs fees that are tied to your international order. HipHopTeez does not know what these fees will be ahead of time, or receive any kickback from any of these fees. To get Country-Specific Tariff and Tax Information, please refer to the US Government Export web page.

International Priority Mail:
For most international customers this is the best option. The prices are reasonable and the service is fairly quick (4-10 days).

We can send packages up to 60” (152cm) long with this service to the following countries:

If you are in any other country, International Priority Mail is limited to 42” (106cm). This means, if you are interested in full length staves, you will need to use UPS as a shipping method. However, we recommend buying a collapsible staff because it will be much cheaper. If you believe you are in an area where shipping may be restricted, please see the Post Office web site for up to date information.

Fed-Ex Expedited: this service is a little faster than the Post Office, but cost several times more, and is typically not worth it. Because for the oversized boxes, occasionally there may be a size surcharge. If this is the case, we will let you know before shipping.

Also, if you will be visiting the Los Angeles area from out of the county and would like to pick up your order in person, choose a shipping method and note in checkout that you would like to pick it up locally and we will refund your shipping.

Return Services:

In the event that an order is sent back due to customer error (such as not being there to collect it or providing the wrong address), a $10 charge for return service back to us will be due, unless it was originally shipped Priority or First Class in the USA. Return service is included in these services. 

Additionally, you will need to pay for shipping it back to you again. This amount is the standard calculated cost for the package. Reshipments are not eligible for free shipping.  If you want a refund instead of having the package shipped back you, the order will be refunded less a Return Service Fee (if returned via UPS), and the initial shipping fee. If the order had free shipping, the refund will be less the return fee and the actual original shipping fee.

Shipping to Military Boxes (APO/FPO):

We ship to APO/FPO Military addresses via USPS. Just address your order utilizing your APO or FPO address in checkout.

When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.  

  • The Country must be “United States” 
  • The City must be entered as either “APO” or “FPO” 
  • The State must be selected as either “AA” “AE” or “AP” 
  • You must enter your Zip code. 
  • Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number. 

APO (Army/Air Force Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office or Federal Post Office) are not international addresses, but are considered United States addresses. Mail sent to APO/FPO addresses will go either to California, New York, or Florida before it is transported to the overseas military installations. These addresses use the following state abbreviations: AE (Armed Forces Europe), AA (Armed Forces Americas), and AP (Armed Forces Pacific). International packages do require Customs paperwork.

General Restrictions:

1. A package shipped to APO/FPO should not exceed 70 pounds. 

2. They may not exceed 130 inches when length and girth is combined. 

Military Discounts:

We offer a 10% discount for Military personnel shipping to APO/FPO addresses (wick excluded). Contact us for details.

Will Call Orders

Will call orders not picked up within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any custom items in the order will occur a 40% restocking fee
